The emails showed up on time and had pretty much everything we needed before sailing. One of the forms was a little confusing, a little unclear at first, but we figured it out. Overall, it was fine and helpful.

We had a really nice stay in the suite. It was spacious without feeling empty, and the bed was genuinely comfy. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed, and the extra seating area was a nice little bonus. I also appreciated that there was more storage than I expected. A couple of fixtures seemed a bit dated, and the coffee setup could use an upgrade, but nothing that really took away from the trip. Overall, it was a solid, comfortable place to stay.

I used the spa and fitness area most days during my stay and had a really nice experience. The gym was clean and had enough for a basic workout, even though it wasn’t massive. The treatments were lovely too, just a little on the pricey side. Overall it was a relaxing spot and I’d definitely use it again

The staff were genuinely nice and helpful for the most part. Everyone we dealt with was polite and seemed to be trying their best to get things sorted quickly. There were a couple of times where we waited a bit longer than expected for a response, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the service felt personal and friendly, and it definitely made the trip easier. I’d probably use them again.

Boarding was smooth, like we got through it without much stress and I remember thinking, okay, that was easier than expected. Getting off was a different story though, not terrible or anything, just slower than I would’ve liked and it kind of dragged a bit when everyone was ready to go.

I booked through rssc.com and ended up having to cancel later because our plans changed. The refund did come through eventually, so that part worked out, but it took longer than I thought it would. I had to follow up a couple of times, which was just... not ideal.

Before we even got to the cancellation, the itinerary had been changed too. I understand ports can shift and things happen, weather or scheduling or whatever, but the notice felt kind of late. And the explanation of what our options were could’ve been clearer, I think.

The people I spoke with on the phone were polite and tried to help, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience exactly. More like frustrating in places. For the price, I just expected the whole process to feel a little smoother...

We had a good trip overall, and the all-inclusive setup was definitely convenient, I liked not having to think too much about meals or grabbing a drink by the pool. That said, for what we paid, I kind of expected a few more things to be included. Little extras added up more than I thought they would. Still had a nice time though, especially the one evening with the sunset and way too many chips and salsa.

I had a billing issue , and support got back to me quickly . It took about a day , but they sorted it out properly and even followed up afterward . Happy with how it was handled .

I really tried to give it time and be patient, but the meals started feeling boring quickly. A lot of them were bland, and after a few nights, the options all started to feel kind of the same. It got to the point where waiting for it to get better just felt forced.

The shows onboard were alright, just not really my thing most nights. Some of the music was nice but after a while it all started to feel a bit samey. I went to a few of the enrichment talks too and they were interesting when the topic was good but it was kind of hit or miss. Overall it wasn’t bad, I just thought there would be a bit more

I was hoping the itinerary would feel a bit more exciting, but the ports didn’t really land for me. They felt kind of random, like they were added just to fill the schedule rather than create a memorable trip. I’m sure some people might enjoy a slower, low-key route, but for what I like when traveling, it felt underwhelming...

The ship was mostly clean and our room was kept in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much about that. But there were definitely some worn-looking areas, like scratched rails and older carpet in the hallways, which made parts of the ship feel a little tired. You could tell they were doing maintenance here and there, but it didn’t always feel fully finished. Also, the reminders for activities, dining, and other stuff felt way too aggressive after a while, like we couldn’t just relax without being nudged again. For the price, I expected the ship to look a bit nicer and the communication to be less pushy.

Everything went fine, I’d say. The flights and transfer were easy enough, and I didn’t really feel stressed at the airport.

The shore excursions were really good and we had a great time overall. i think any little hiccups were more down to bad timing than anything else — we just seemed to hit crowds and rushed moments at the wrong times. Still, the trips themselves were definitely worth it

I booked through rssc.com for a special holiday with my partner, it was such a lovely experience. The ship was spotless, the food was really good, and the staff seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. It definitely wasn’t cheap, but for a trip we’d been looking forward to for ages, it felt worth every penny. We came away feeling properly looked after.
